U.S. prosecutors plan to charge Madoff's 10 associates

NEW YORK, June 30 (Xinhua) -- U.S. prosecutors plan to charge at least 10 associates of admitted swindler Bernard Madoff, but it was unclear if those charged would include his wife, sons, or other family members, CBS News reported Monday. More than 100 subpoenas have been sent out by U.S. federal prosecutors in the Bernard Madoff case, as criminal investigators turn their focus to at least 10 others likely involved in the largest financial fraud case in Wall Street history, CBS said.
