By ERIK ERLENDSSON | The Tampa Tribune Published: June 30, 2009 TAMPA - Lightning forward Ryan Malone was selected Tuesday to take part in an orientation camp for USA Hockey in preparation for the Winter Olympic Games. Malone was one of 34 players invited to a three-day orientation camp in Woodridge, Ill., from August 17-19 as officials from USA Hockey begin to evaluate potential players to compete in Olympics in February in Vancouver, B.C. Malone has represented the United States at the 2004 and 2006 World Championships. The 29-year-old left wing finished his first season with Tampa Bay third on the team with 26 goals while leading the league in shooting percentage at 21 percent before missing the final week of the season with a broken hand, which also cost him the chance to play for Team USA at the 2009 World Championships....
