Being a member of the Maple Leafs didn't give forward Jason Blake an inside track at making the U.S. Olympic team headed for Vancouver next winter. Blake was one of several veteran players left off the roster of 34 invited to the U.S. orientation camp later this summer in Chicago. Leafs general manager Brian Burke, who has the same role for the Team USA squad that will compete in Vancouver, announced the roster today. Five of the invitees have Olympic experience led by three-time Olympian Mike Modano as well as Chris Drury, Brian Rafalski, Scott Gomez and Jamie Langenbrunner.
