Warriors kick off with Saints opener

Worcester Warriors are set for an explosive start and finish to the 2009/2010 Guinness Premiership campaign - with a repeat trip to Northampton Saints on the opening day before welcoming local rivals Gloucester Rugby on the last day! The new league fixtures were released today and Director of Rugby Mike Ruddock and his Warriors will be out for revenge on the opening day as the team heads to Franklin’s Gardens for the second consecutive season in the first weekend of September. Warriors will entertain league new boys Leeds Carnegie in the first home game of the season at Sixways Stadium on the weekend of September 11, 12 or 13.
