Ugly neighborhood feud caught on tape in Montgomery County

Threatening, expletive-laden tirade recorded 06:23 PM CDT on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 By Kevin Reece / 11 News CONROE, Texas -- Barbara Faulkner received a not-so-neighborly phone call from her next-door neighbor last Friday. In fact, it was one of the most graphic, violent and threatening phone calls you will likely ever hear. “This is Richie Lougee, your next door neighbor,” the recorded message started out. “Let me tell you something, I'll split your (expletive) head open.” The caller went on to threaten Faulkner's mother. “I'll split her open too. I'll rape that (expletive). I'll rape your mother. I will rape your mother. You document that for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.
