Tuesday August 19, 4:30 pm ET WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN - News ) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter 2008 cash dividend in the amount of $0.1825 per common share, payable on September 16, 2008 to shareholders of record on September 2, 2008. This amount equals the $0.1825 per common share cash dividend paid in the third quarter of fiscal year 2008.
