Horn, 36, a four-time Pro Bowl receiver from 2000-04 with the Saints, was released by the Falcons Tuesday. "The Dolphins told me they are going to work with their young receivers and see how they perform before addressing the veteran situation,'' said Horn's agent Ralph Vitolo. "I think they like Joe but it's going to be a matter of timing to see if anything works out in Miami.'' The Titans have shown the most interest in Horn.
