Caps Honored at Legg Mason

attended Washington Capitals Appreciation Night at the Legg Mason Tennis Classic on Thursday, Aug. 14. Clark and Bradley joined Donald Dell, former U.S. Davis Cup Team captain and the tournament’s founder and chairman, in his suite to watch Andy Roddick rally to defeat Eduardo Schwank. The Caps players were able to watch the third-set tie breaker courtside, as they participated in a ceremony honoring the team after the match. A special highlight video featuring the Capitals achievements from the 2007-08 season was shown on the video board as the Caps players signed tennis balls and hit them into the stands. Clark and Bradley were interviewed on center court by Wayne Bryan, father of the top-ranked Bryan brothers doubles duo, and passed out Caps towels, t-shirts and hats to the fans.
