Congress reviews J-K situation

India's News.Net Saturday 16th August, 2008 (ANI) New Delhi, Aug 16 : A high-level meeting of the Congress was held here last night to review to the ongoing situation of Jammu and Kashmir over the Amarnath land transfer row. External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee discussed the situation and ways to find a solution with PCC president Saifuddin Soz and former state chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. Political Adviser to the Congress president, Ahmed Patel was also present during the meeting. Earlier, during his Independence Day speech, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh had said that in this hour of crisis, divisive politics would lead the country and its citizens nowhere.
