The Orlando-based real estate time share company will add 16 homes to The Abaco Club on Winding Bay, a residential development managed by Ritz-Carlton. Currently, the club has single-owner cottages and estate lots. Ritz-Carlton’s fractional ownership program is a points-based system that allows members to stay in the vacation homes for a portion of the year. Initial membership starts at $110,000, and members receive points annually for their vacations in Abaco, the company said.
