BREAKING NEWS: The Christchurch City Council is spending $17 million on five properties from high-profile property developer David Henderson. In what is sure to be a controversial move, Christchurch Mayor Bob Parker says all five sites are extremely desirable and key to the success of the Council's and the Greater Christchurch Urban Development Strategy's (UDS) plans for urban intensification.
