Malian Doctors Commence Surgical Operations On Several Citizens

Posted to the web 7 August 2008 Morrison O.G. Sayon A team of medical Doctors from the Republic of Mali is in the country to render surgical operations to fistula patients around the country. The four doctors are Prof. Kalilu Outtara, team leader and urologist at the Malian Teaching hospital; Youssouf Yaxwe, General Surgeon; Dr. Aissata Samasseuou, General Surgeon; and Dr. Moloisaly Sidibe, Surgical Assistant. The team is headed by a renowned Malian Doctor, Prof. Kalilu Ouattara, a Urologist from the Teaching Hospital in that country. In an interview with the head of delegation of the team, Prof. Ouattara said the aim of their visit to Liberia is to strengthen a cordial relationship that exists between fistula doctors in Mali and Dr. John Mulbah and other fistula doctors in the country.
