Valencia goalkeeper Timo Hildebrand has not yet given up hope of returning to the Germany set up after missing out on a place at Euro 2008. The 29-year-old was a shock exclusion from Joachim Loew's squad, but he is still waiting for the call to return. "I was kicked out in the summer but told before the European Championships that we would speak afterwards," admitted Hildebrand after his Valencia side were beaten 4-2 by Borussia Monchengladbach in a friendly. "I have not heard anything yet, but I am not demanding they call me. "All I can do is train hard and try to perform at my best. "I have not written off a return to the national team."
