These three features must affect the mileage and range of these vehicles. Getting stuck in a traffic jam in the heat of summer or freezing cold of winter must severely affect the range of an all-electric car. Electric cars are considered "clean cars." Aren't we just moving the pollution to another location, i.e. the power plant? Will AAA and other services be able to "jump-start" an all-electric car that has run out of power?
