(RICH DUGAS PHOTOS) WEST BOYLSTON— For organizers of the town’s bicentennial celebration, the Circus Smirkus performances at the high school ball field this weekend are part of an array of offerings throughout the year designed to appeal to people of all ages and interests. But for those under the circus tent at yesterday afternoon’s performance — from the youngest to the oldest — Circus Smirkus was sheer delight.
