Woldt • Gannett Wisconsin Media • July 26, 2008 OSHKOSH — A Pulaski man who watched two female University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh students while they were each taking a shower was sentenced to spend time in jail after he rejected an offer of probation. Winnebago County Circuit Court Judge Scott Woldt sentenced Allen K. Umentum, 45, to nine months in jail on two counts of invasion of privacy during a plea and sentencing hearing Friday. Woldt said he needed to impose the maximum sentence due to Umentum's prior criminal record and his status as registrant on the state's sexual offender registry since June 2000.
