Scott Carson has set his sights on regaining his England squad place after ending a three-year spell as a "footballing nomad". Carson was officially unveiled as a West Brom player for the first time today following his STG3.25million ( $A6.6million) move from Liverpool. The 22-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Aston Villa, was pilloried for his error for his country in the Euro 2008 qualifier with Croatia at Wembley. New England coach Fabio Capello left Carson out of the final two squads of the season for the friendly internationals with the United States and Trinidad and Tobago.
