The senior agriculture student at Winneconne High School has immersed herself in dairy production and forage projects on her family's farm, located at the corner of Brooks Road and County Trunk Y near Oshkosh. Her progress in the supervised agriculture experience is monitored and assessed by Jim Melby, agriculture education teacher at Winneconne High School and advisor of the school's FFA chapter. Melby said he'll make nearly 20 visits this summer to his agriculture students, who are working on a wide range of projects, including dairy, honey bees and horses.
