OAKLAND, Calif. -- Police arrested the suspected ringleader of a marijuana growing and dealing operation, seizing more than $250,000 and at least $60,000 worth of pot. Theodore Christos was arrested in one of three houses he owns and uses in his wide-reaching marijuana selling enterprise. Police say the 29-year-old Christos also owns land in Mendocino County, where he is believed to grow the weed. Police have been investigating Christos for several months. He was arrested about 7 p.m. Wednesday at a house in North Oakland while selling 15 pounds of harvested marijuana. Police say Christos sold the pot for $2,000 a pound. Two other men were also arrested. The case has been turned over to the federal Drug Enforcement Administration. Unique content, exceptional value....
