Hyatt Hotels & Resorts to Open Hyatt Regency Chongqing in 2012

Hyatt Hotels&Resorts and R&F Properties Co., Ltd. have announced the signing of an agreement for Hyatt to manage a luxurious new 354-room hotel in Chongqing, the most populous city in China. The site of the 27-story Hyatt Regency Chongqing is in the Jingbei District, the city's new Central Business District. The hotel is part of the prestigious Ocean Plaza, a multi-complex development that combines shopping, offices, and various dining and entertainment experiences. Designed by Chicago-based Goettsch Partners, the architects of Grand Hyatt Mumbai and the newly opened Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, Hyatt Regency Chongqing will offer 354- guestrooms that blend contemporary design with elegant details.
