The two young daughters of a woman slain in North Carolina will remain with her parents in Canada but visit their father at least twice in coming months. A judge on Friday approved a temporary custody agreement in the case of Nancy Cooper, who was found dead two days after she went jogging near her home in Cary, a suburb of Raleigh. Police say they have no suspects. Last week, Nancy Cooper's parents and sister were granted temporary custody. They claim her husband, Bradley Cooper, is emotionally unstable. The husband's attorney has refused to comment on the custody battle.
