Posted to the web 25 July 2008 Chris Mbunwe The National Executive Committee, NEC, of the SDF has accused the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, MINATD, Marafa Hamidou Yaya, of refusing to sign an authorisation for the flow of subventions to the SDF and other opposition parties represented in Parliament. Marafa's "strange behaviour", according to the SDF NEC, is not unconnected with the on-going legal charges pressed against him by the party. "This attitude is nothing short of victimisation since he, (Marafa) is in court with the National Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi," Beatrice Annembom Monju, SDF Communication Officer, told The Post.
