The class-action lawsuits shareholders filed against TRM Corp. were dismissed this week. Portland-based TRM (Pink Sheets: TRMM), which provides ATM services in high-traffic consumer environments, announced Friday that on Wednesday the consolidated securities class action lawsuit filed against the company and certain of its officers and directors had been dismissed. The complaints, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon in May and June, sought unspecified damages on alleged violations of federal securities laws between March 16, 2006 and May 22, 2007. Shareholders alleged that its executives represented the company as much healthier financially than it actually was.
