BOSTON — At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund (NYSE:EOI), a diversified closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr., and Allen R. Freedman as Class I Trustees of the Fund. The Fund's current Class II and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered three-year terms, were not up for election and remain in office. The Fund is managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EV.
