Guptill would seize Pakistan opportunity (Newstalk ZB)

Younger cricketers appear willing to make the most of any opportunity to play for the Black Caps if senior players refuse to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy in September. Veteran Black Caps Scott Styris and Jacob Oram have voiced concerns about playing in Pakistan and the New Zealand Cricket Players' Association is warning against touring. Promising batsman Martin Guptill has been mentioned as a future Black Cap and says he would have no qualms touring Pakistan. He says he has spoken with his family about the issue and they support whatever decision he makes. Guptill is currently playing for the New Zealand emerging players eleven in Brisbane.
