Top Tories join MP to celebrate his gay civil partnership By Daily Mail Reporter Senior members of the Shadow Cabinet were among the guests at a reception yesterday to celebrate the gay 'wedding' of Conservative MP Alan Duncan and his partner. Mr Duncan, 50, the first Tory MP to enter into a civil partnership, arrived at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall in central London with his press officer partner, 39-year-old James Dunseath.
