Martin Brunt, Crime correspondent A six-year-old British boy has drowned at his family's holiday villa on Portugal's Algarve coast. Nathan Sharkey was pulled unconscious by his father from a water tank in the grounds of the property near Silves. He was taken to hospital in Portimao, then transferred to the main hospital in Faro, but died early yesterday morning. It's believed his parents had been distracted by another of their children, when the accident happened. The Sharkey family, from Claudy, Londonderry, in Northern Ireland, are being helped by the Foreign Office. The Portuguese authorities are about to launch an awareness campaign, warning parents to beware of all water hazards at the start of the school holiday...
