So when they received a postcard in the mail that claimed they could get 50 percent off the price of cruises and 75 percent off condo vacations, the couple was intrigued. So they went to a meeting to find out more about it. While they were there, the vacation travel club offered something they couldn't refuse...a complimentary cruise for two and two nights' stay at a local hotel. The Sloats became members.
