Rumors: Packers near deal with Favre?

NFL Packers and Favre nearing deal Rumor has it that Green Bay and semi-retired QB Brett Favre are close to agreeing on a deal that would have the team giving Favre a list of teams that would trade for him and Favre picking his pleasure. One of the issues for other teams, apparently, is that Favre won't learn whole offensive playbooks. He reportedly likes to run the same plays over and over again, which could drive some offensive coordinators crazy. (Yahoo! Sports) Chiefs and top pick Dorsey can't come to agreement Kansas City has cut off talks with its first-round pick, defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey, since his agent won't negotiate at all.
