The Associated Press • July 25, 2008 The two Green Bay men charged with breaking into Packers running back Noah Herron’s condo have been ordered to stand trial for felony burglary. A judge ordered 31-year-old Yeshua Tate and 20-year-old Joel Mullin-Romo bound over for trial Thursday. The men are due back in court Aug. 25 to enter pleas. Herron has testified the two men broke into his home May 30. He hit Tate with a wooden bedpost and blocked the door so Mullin-Romo couldn’t enter his bedroom. Tate was hospitalized for his injuries.
