Health officials predict there will be further outbreaks of NPF overdose because the illegal narcotic is easier and cheaper to produce than heroin. The figures are being reported today by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in the 25th July issue of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR).
