AZERBAIJAN, ARMENIA FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN MOSCOW ITAR-TASS July 21 2008 Russia The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Elmar Mamedyarov and Edvard Nalbandian, will meet in Moscow on August 1, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Khazar Ibragim told a news briefing on Monday. He said the initiative of the meeting, at which settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be discussed, came from the OSCE Minsk Group that is a mediator. He stressed that the talks would be on proposals by co-chairmen of the Minsk Group that were offered to the sides in the conflict at the OSCE summit in Madrid last year.
