The slide was prompted by a steeper-than-expected decline in existing home sales. MANILA, Philippines (AP) - It was a terrifying flight for some folks heading from Australia to London today. Their Qantas 747 made an emergency landing in the Philippines after a hole blew open in its fuselage. 1 of the passengers says "there was a big bang then the plane started going down." No one was hurt, but an airport official says people were vomiting as they got off the plane. HARLINGEN, Texas (AP) - President Bush has declared 15 South Texas counties disaster areas following Hurricane Dolly. The storm is breaking up, but Texas' governor says more flooding is possible....
