By Thea Alberto INQUIRER.net MANILA, Philippines -- Philippine National Police Director General Avelino Razon has ordered the investigation of a ranking police officer whose name has been linked to the biggest drug laboratory discovered in the country in recent years. At the same time, Razon ordered the administrative relief of Dagupan City police chief Senior Superintendent Dionicio Borromeo, who has been assigned to the Police Holding and Accounting Unit in Camp Crame. He has been temporarily replaced by Superintendent Sonny Verzosa, PNP spokesman Chief Superintendent Nicanor Bartolome said.
