Miller off DL, back in Marlins' 'pen

Rookie right-hander Tucker optioned to Double-A Carolina CHICAGO -- The Marlins' bullpen welcomed back a steady performer on Thursday with Justin Miller being reinstated off the disabled list. Miller officially returned after he had been out since July 5 with right elbow inflammation. To make room for Miller, who has been reliable in several roles, rookie Ryan Tucker was optioned to Double-A Carolina. Miller escaped more serious trouble to his throwing arm. Initially, he wasn't sure what was wrong. But he exited on July 4 at Colorado after walking Ryan Spilborghs. Ball four was a wild pitch, and immediately the team knew something was wrong. He underwent an MRI a few days later, and after three rehab assignment appearances, he was back with the team. Miller said he initially felt some tightness on the back side of his elbow...
