During a press conference at the Michigan State Fairgrounds today, Fair General Manager Steve Jenkins unveiled this year's new attractions and assured that old favorites, such as the Miracle of Life exhibit and the Bottomless Cup of Chocolate Milk, will return. Jenkins said State Fair firsts include Gov. Jennifer Granholm jump-starting activities with a ribbon cutting at noon on opening day, performances by the renowned Lipizzaner Stallions, the world's largest portable roller coaster and a bull-riding rodeo.
