Jeff Dowling, the new head coach for the San Jose Stealth professional indoor lacrosse team, has completed his new coaching staff by landing former Calgary Roughneck Head Coach Chris Hall and retaining assistant coaches Art Webster and Joe Romano, it was announced today. Hall will lead the offense while Webster manages the defense. Romano returns for his second season and will coach the goaltenders. Hall comes to the Stealth after serving as head coach in Calgary for six years (2002-07). During his tenure in Calgary he never suffered a losing season and he guided the Roughnecks to the postseason four times, leading them to the NLL title in 2004.
