The woman who shared Radovan Karadzic's life after he went into hiding has insisted he is a 'beautiful and well educated man' but has told of her shock at discovering his true identity. Mila Damjanov, 53, knew the war crimes suspect as Dr Dragan Dabic and believed he was a 'bio-energy healer'. She said: 'When I saw Dr Dabic's picture in the papers I thought it was some sort of mistake. 'It took my brain a while to process the information that Dr Dabic was Radovan Karadzic.'
