Jordin Sparks Helps Kids Get School Supplies

Written by Tim Saunders Former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks is starring in a series of advertisements for a new initiative to supply disadvantaged children with school supplies. The 18-year-old R&B singer will appear in a new Public Service Announcement to air on TV and radio across the US urging teenagers to donate classroom essentials – including books, pens, pencils, and everything else students need to do well – to their local Staples store before August 31.
