ABDULLAH GUL TAKES STANCE ON INVITATION OF SERZH SARGSYAN Azeri Press Agency July 23 2008 Azerbaijan Turkish President Abdullah Gul has today visited Kars to attend a ground breaking ceremony of the Turkish section of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad, APA reports Turkish news agencies Gul has met Head of Kars Municipality Naif Alibayoglu.Alibayoglu has presented a symbolic key of the city to the President.
