The Home Affairs Department says the documentation of refugees taken to Lindela Repatriation Centre from the Glenanda temporary shelter, South of Johannesburg, has finally been undertaken after initial resistance. The Department's spokesperson Cleo Mosana says foreign nationals with asylum-seeker status have been allowed to leave. She has stressed that the possession of the proper documentation is essential and that the refugees have had to be made aware of this.
