By LEILA VICENTE ABS-CBN Zamboanga Zamboanga City - A ten-day tactical warfare simulation system exercise, participated by the Philippine and American Marines, formally started in Zamboanga City Wednesday. This is the first time the two elite forces of the two countries’ armed forces participated in military exercises in the area. The deputy commander of the US 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force and tactical exercises control group, Fred Grant said in an interview that the training would enhance the capability of the Philippine Marines in tactical warfare. He said it would also help develop camaraderie among Filipino and American soldiers.
