WESTMINSTER, Md. — Rookie quarterback Joe Flacco looks like the future of the Baltimore Ravens. But in the here and now, Flacco's fellow signal-callers, Kyle Boller and Troy Smith, still have designs on winning the starting job by opening day. "It's competition in its truest form. … It's an opportunity for us to roll the balls out there and let guys compete for a job," says new coach John Harbaugh. Flacco, the first-round draft pick from the University of Delaware, has the big arm, big potential and big contract. He also has the biggest frame of the three at 6-6, 230 pounds.
