LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Spinners July 22, 2008 game versus the State College Spikes, a Pittsburgh Pirates affiliate, was suspended due to rain with two outs in the bottom of the fourth inning in a 2-2 game and will be completed in a single-admission doubleheader tomorrow. First pitch will be a 6:05 p.m. and gates will open at 5:30 p.m. The originally scheduled July 22 game will be continued from the point of interruption, with Rafael Cabreja up with two outs. The Spinners had just tied the game on an RBI ground out by first baseman Ricardo Burgos, scoring Jeff Natale who had doubled and stole third base.
