Janet Rivera's Case to be Heard by Judge

Public outcry helps a Sanger woman in her fight for life. Janet Rivera is in a coma. Now her feeding tube is re-inserted as the family prepares for their day in court. We tried to talk with Fresno County about their decision but they have yet to confirm reports that Janet Rivera is receiving food and water but both the hospital and Rivera's lawyers say she started receiving nourishment on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, a judge will decide if the hospital should continue giving her care. Janet's story jumped into the news after doctors told the county her conditions was untreatable and irreversible, so on July 11th the Fresno County Public Guardian's office decided to take her off the respirator and stop giving her medication.
