Gordon Trowbridge / Detroit News Washington Bureau Michigan's congressional Democrats canceled a Washington, D.C., fundraiser for the state party scheduled for this evening, a decision sparked by concerns over the party's role in a controversial ballot proposal to overhaul state government. Sources in Washington and Michigan confirmed the decision, made last week in a meeting of the Democratic congressional delegation.
