Regional push for Cyber Command

KRT) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Jul. 23--To show increased support for bringing Cyber Command to Beale Air Force Base, Yuba County supervisors Tuesday proposed a regional joint powers agreement. Board Chairman Dan Logue suggested the Beale Enhancement Team, a group of community organizers focused on bringing Cyber Command to Yuba County, seek a pact with Butte, Nevada, Sutter and Placer counties, plus Yuba City, Marysville, Grass Valley, Roseville and Sacramento. "The entire region will benefit if Cyber Command is located in Yuba County," Logue said during a public workshop. Beale submitted its formal application in June to be home to Cyber Command.
