Bail hearing today for man charged with rape

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A bail hearing will be held today for a Pattersonville man charged with rape. Schenectady police received a call early Tuesday morning from a woman claiming Donald Randolph, 38, raped her around 1:45 a.m. The alleged incident happened at Randolph's mother's house on Eastern Avenue. He was taken into custody at the home and charged with first-degree rape. He is being held in Schenectady County Jail.
