Fallen hero Hovater laid to rest

Mourners gathered to honor the life of fallen soldier Jason Hovater on Tuesday. The service took place at the Tennessee Military Cemetery on Lyons View Pike in Knoxville. The 24-year-old Army Specialist and eight of his fellow soldiers were killed in action during a large-scale attack in Afganistan last week. There will be another memorial service for Hovater Wednesday night at 7:00. It will be held at New Covenant Fellowship Church on 6828 Central Avenue Pike in North Knoxville.
