But they say there has not been "nearly enough to bring lasting stability." Obama says Iraqi leaders want U.S. combat troops pulled from the war zone by 2010. BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) - Bosnian Muslims are celebrating in the streets of Sarajevo after authorities announced they had captured former Bosnian Serb President Radovan Karadzic (RA'-doh-van KA'-ra-jich). Karadzic is accused of orchestrating mass killings, including the massacre of 8,000 Muslims, in Europe's worst slaughter since World War II.
